Complete your application, provide proof of income, undergo a credit and background check, and pay your Application and Admin fees. Pets are welcome at Crestwood Green! We love both cats and dogs at our Birmingham apartments. There are some breed and weight restrictions, and you’ll need to pay a pet fee and monthly pet rent for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Crestwood Green. Your pups will love running and planning in our huge, fenced bark park, and you’ll appreciate the pet stations we’ve placed throughout the community. We have ample parking at Crestwood Green Apartments with parking lots in front of each residential building as well as guest parking available. We allow residents up to two vehicles per apartment home. We’ll provide you with your parking pass(es) once you’ve signed your lease.
